Old French mechanical music box with a Reuge brand movement,
with a rococo couple dancing around and moving up and down
to a piece of music by Bach under a glass globe.

The dolls are handmade by Marthe Philippart, clothes made of silk, gauze, lace, the hair is made of sheep's wool.
Marthe Philippart made the world's smallest dolls, they were ordered by the luxury houses Hermès & Louis Vuitton from around 1930-50.
